Preschool Storytime

 After listening to Art by Patrick McDonell and I'm a Turkey! by Jim Arnosky. Children created their own special turkeys based on the illustration by Ken Wilson-Max in the book by Nikola-Lisa I'm Setting the Turkeys Free. Happy Thanksgiving!

Meet Me @ the Library!

Working on a school project? Need room to collaborate and work with friends? Meet up at your local library & use the FREE resources available to you. Who knows, maybe these are the guys who'll design the next big rollar coaster. I don't know if I'd go on the ride but it would be AWESOME to know they designed it in the LIBRARY!

By the way, if you're curious to know, from what I saw, this ROLLAR COASTER project was really cool & WORKED!

Create a Card for a soldier/veteran!

 A Huge Thank You to all the families that came out yesterday to the Iselin Branch library. Together we were able to make 33 cards and 23 Loom Bracelets for our Hometown Heros!

Today during Library Game Day, parents were generous enough to help make the remaining 10 bracelets so that each card is sent with a special gift.

Storytime for Twos

Last week, children age two completed their special storytime program at the Iselin Branch Library. After listening to kitten stories, children colored their kitten picture using finger paint. Before leaving everyone had the chance to high-five the Cat in the Hat.  :O) Next week on Wednesday, November 13th the Preschool Storytime program, geared toward children between the ages of 3 - 5 yrs old begins. Contact the Iselin branch library at 732-726-7073 ext. 7220 to reserve your spot TODAY! This program is part of the Iselin branch children's programs and is FREE!
