After listening to How Do Dinosaurs say I LOVE YOU by Jane Yolen & Biscuit's Valentine's Day  by Capucilli, children had fun creating a puppy they'll love to read with.

Girls had a reason to get together, play games, make a hat for their doll, have tea (or hot chocolate :O)), & socialize! Check out  all your favorite American Girl books and enjoy the stories during the next cold Snow Storm :O) Sit back, relax, & READ!

Watercolor Workshop @ Iselin!

This week Mr. Sourav demonstrated how to paint an indoor scene. Thank you to all those who came out for this special workshop! Especially, to our volunteer Mr. Sourav :O)

 

Read to a Therapy Pet

 If you know a child who LOVES dogs or would LOVE to meet a real dog; sign up to read to a therapy pet at the Iselin Branch libray. Our next program is on Tuesday, February 18th from 7:00 - 8:00 pm call  732-726-7073 ext. 7220 to register. 

 

Watercolor Workshop @ Iselin

 

Children grades K - 7 are taught watercolor techniques by a professional artist, Mr. Sourav. All the supplies are provides by the library and there's no charge for this special program. Mr. Sourav donates his time and talent to the children of Woodbridge Public Libray once a month. Our next available program is on Saturday, March 15th  and CALL 732-726-7073 ext. 7220 to register (two weeks prior to program) on Saturday, March 1st.

If your child enjoyed this program, they'll LOVE some books on drawing, painting, arts, & crafts! :O)

 

Calling all Troops and SCOUTS!

The Scouts got together at the Iselin branch for a special program. After hearing about all the FREE books and materials and resources that we offer, they couldn't wait to get their hands on them !

If you're a Troop or Scout leader, contact your local library for a FREE introduction and tour of your library!

Twist with Two year olds

 

 Children get together to shake, twist, and jump at the library! Adults if you're looking for ways to stay warm, this is a great way to keep warm during this kind of weather :O) Our next Twist with Two- year- olds program will be on February 10 & 24!
